Formed in 2020, Mind Canaries is an indie rock band from Sandusky, Ohio, known for blending raw, energetic guitar work with smooth, soulful melodies. Their sound draws from a wide range of influences — from Fleetwood Mac and John Mayer to Jack White and The Clash — creating a style that’s both familiar and fresh.Led by Russell Bobel and Emma Opfer, the group brings heartfelt performances that strike the balance between grit and groove.
